Optional open front brush assembly for the Vortex Drop-Skirt dust boot for the i2r and Axiom Iconic CNC machines. The open front design allows the user to see exactly what the endmill is cutting, while still capturing the majority of the dust that is created.

Black Moon partial dustboot assembly

First of all, the Black Moon dustboot is exceptional. This additional brush assembly allows for dust collection of probably 90% efficiency vs. the complete brush assembly while allowing visualization of the cutter to confirm it is cutting in the correct position, depth, etc. or to see what's wrong when you hear strange sounds. I highly recommend this to all Axiom and Shapeoko CNC owners.
