The Vortex Drop-Skirt for the Shapeoko 3 is a height adjustable dust boot that allows the user to easily match the height of the dust boot brush to the tip of the end mill and the material surface, for maximum effectiveness in dust collection.

• Fits perfectly on the HDZ, Z-Plus, or standard Z assembly (as long as it uses the stock Carbide3D router clamp).  That means it'll work with the Makita RT0701, DeWalt 611, the Carbide3D router, or a 65mm air-cooled or water-cooled spindle.
• With 1.2 inches of vertical adjustability, any chosen position is easily selected in seconds through the use of thumb screws mounted on the sides of the dust boot.
• The entire assembly can be removed in seconds, and installed back on in seconds.
• The dust port is angled towards the end mill for maximum effectiveness.
• The brush is user replaceable, and can easily be replaced without using glue or adhesives.  Just slide it on or off!
• The removable brush assembly is held in place by a rear hook assembly and 4 rare-earth magnets in the front for the ultimate in stability.
